Quote Request Privacy

The Noble Agency, operated by Noble Financial Group LLC, uses the information you provide to respond to your insurance quote request. This notice covers requests submitted through this website, our Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead forms and requests sent directly to us by phone, text, or email.
Information and purpose
A short quote request may include your first and last name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, state, insurance needed, vehicle year/make/model and requested auto coverage when applicable, the address of the property to insure for home or bundle requests, optional language and start date, and information you choose to share. We use these details to contact you about your request, obtain the information needed for a quote, compare available insurance options, and keep records of your request and communication preferences. A request does not bind insurance coverage or guarantee a rate.
Website requests and measurement
Website requests are saved in our hosting provider’s database before a confirmation is displayed. Our hosting and email delivery providers process these details to store the request and notify our agency inbox. Email delivery may be delayed even when a request has been saved. We retain campaign tags (such as UTM parameters and an advertising click identifier, when provided) with the request to understand its source. Campaign tags may be held in session storage while you browse. We record form starts, saved submissions, and contact-link clicks separately. Date of birth is saved with your request and omitted from email alerts. Measurement events do not contain names, date of birth, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses; an app-opening click is not treated as a received inquiry. Temporary, rotating network identifiers help limit spam. They are removed after two hours. Do not place personal information in campaign URLs.
Contact preferences
When you submit a request, you ask The Noble Agency to contact you about that request by text at the mobile number you provide. You may ask us to stop or change the way we contact you. You do not need to agree to unrelated marketing to request a quote. For texts, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance; message and data rates may apply. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell information collected through Meta lead forms. We may provide relevant information to insurers and service providers, including EZLynx, as needed to fulfill your quote request, manage communications, or meet legal obligations. Mobile information and text messaging consent are not shared for third-party marketing. Meta processes information submitted through its forms under its own privacy notice, shown with the form. The full EZLynx application and insurer services have their own notices and any required authorizations.
Care with your information
The short request form is for contact details and coverage interest. Do not include Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, payment information, or other sensitive documents in a Meta lead form, text, or email. When additional information is needed for your quote, we will direct you to the appropriate application process. Access and use of lead information are limited to supporting your request and related recordkeeping.
