Messaging Privacy Policy

The Noble Agency, operated by Noble Financial Group LLC, uses text messaging to respond to insurance quote requests and provide related customer service. This policy covers information handled through that messaging program.
Information we collect and how we use it
When you contact us by text, we collect your mobile number, message contents, information you choose to provide, and records of your messaging consent and opt-out requests. Quote requests may include your name, age, address, email, household, driver, vehicle, and insurance information. We use this information to respond to your request, prepare and review quotes, service your account, maintain communication records, and honor your messaging preferences. Any consumer-report or prefill authorization required for a quote is requested separately.
Sharing and messaging consent
We use service providers, including EZLynx and its messaging provider, to deliver messages and manage customer communications. We may provide relevant quote information to insurers and service providers to fulfill your insurance request, or disclose information when required by law.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, purchased, or shared with third parties for their own use. We may share the information necessary with service providers that support delivery of our messaging program; they may use it only to provide those services.
Your choices
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us at noblefinancial7@gmail.com or (484) 299-1930. Choosing not to receive texts does not prevent you from requesting insurance assistance by phone or email. Contact us to request a correction or ask about information we retain; some records may need to be retained for insurance, business, or legal requirements.
Online quote applications
Our website links to an EZLynx-powered quote application. Information submitted through that application is also subject to the notices shown there. This messaging policy does not replace separate insurance privacy notices provided by an insurer or other service provider.
